Job Description

• Process safety management for all site equipment as responsible Engineer (RE)

• Make sure all maintenance activities comply with safety policy and company guideline. To ensure zero incidents for both Eng and contractor employees by 100% compliance to LSR

• Supervise the contractor’s works and ensure them meet our requirements on HSE and

5S policy.

• Implement AMM and MRM process to ensure:

o Daily regular maintenance works arrangement and supervises maintenance staff works.

o Trouble shooting on the equipment or instruments to ensure production and lab operated under good conditions.

o Improve and enforce preventative maintenance and Predictive maintenance schedule for all equipment: Promote the participation of line operators in PM to reduce the equipment downtime. On time handle “Maintenance work request”.

o Regular analyze on maintenance job, collect root cause of equipment shut down. Share solution with maintenance people to uplift their maintenance skill. Keep close communicate with production department on equipment problem caused by human error and giving training for it to reduce down time

o Implement improvement actions to improve machines reliability

o Coordinate with other departments on any maintenance issues

• Manage maintenance tools and spare parts control in assigned area to meet zero integrity such as spare part control

• Budget management for maintenance scope : Periodically analyse the maintenance cost and develop plan & control the implement to minimize the cost

• Engineering improvement activities

• Maintenance reporting monthly (Cost, Energy consumption, PM implementation, AMM & MRM KPI)

• Be an active participant in the company's initiatives to improve its Quality and HSE

Job Requirement

• University graduated in relevant majors.

• At least 2 years in similar roles, experience in chemical manufacturing plant is preferable

• Resilience and ability working under pressure

• Process risk assessment experience in leading process

• Result Orientation & Customer Focus

• Good in communication in both English & Vietnamese

• Good at Ms office (Excel, words...)

• Good at AutoCAD Drawings
