Job Description

EQuest is currently one of the largest private education institutions in Vietnam with more than 120,000 students enrolled annually, including K-12 schools, universities and vocational institutions, foreign language schools, as well as various Edtech platforms.

EQuest is looking for Managing Director for our future project at College & University sector, detailed below

Operation management:

• Be responsible for all aspects at our school: Admission & Marketing; Finance; HR & Admin; Academic.

• Coordinate with the principal to ensure the education service quality.

• Guiding all departments to archive OKR/KPIs.

• Control costs, profits as well as other operational goals.

• Ensure that the academic aspect is aligned with the business goals of EQuest and school.

• Pioneer in a new academic program to promote educational excellence & branding.

Senior leadership

• Collaborates closely with other senior leaders in EQuest to optimize the partnership between the schools and shared services.

• Promote learning culture at school

• Inspire your team to believe they can change millions of other lives by giving them an opportunity for more advanced education.

Perform other tasks as assigned or authorized by Line Manager.
