Job Description

  1. Assists the MKT team with day-to-day operations including data collection and entry, filing and organization of documents, collection and processing of supplier contracts, payments, invoices, project briefs, and other relevant documents for approval.
  2. Routes documents within marketing and sales to other departments.
  3. Supports Marketing in developing & revising product artworks & other documents that need to change following policies.
  4. Supports in working with agencies to develop branding guidelines (packaging, materials, ...)
  5. Reviews & answers comments of brand fanpages.
  6. Assists in the logistics of planning and setting up for Marketing activations, programs, conferences and other special events.
  7. Orders POSMs related to category activities. Monitors and ensures POSMs are not wasted and fully depleted.
  8. Ensures proper management and use of office supplies. Prepares and processes request for office supplies/equipments as needed.
  9. Also works on ad hoc Marketing projects that maybe assigned to her/ him for training purposes.

Job Requirement

Professional Background

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience required.
  • Open for fresh graduate or 1-2 years admin experience. 

Competency Requirements

  • Attention to detail with good time management.
  • Multi-tasking, well-organized.
  • Spoken and written English.
  • Dynamic, hard-working, teamwork.
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally travel.
