Lead projects and scale the Vietnam design team’s capability to create marketing assets (rendering, 3D animation, photography, video) that meet Lovepop’s marketing needs and accelerate customer retention and conversion rates. This person will direct and mentor Vietnam designers to deliver marketing materials with directives from Lovepop US that are magical, on brand, and above the Awesome BarTM.
Manage and build a team of marketing assets creatives. Implement internal hiring plans and hire additional talent to grow the current team and help develop creative marketing capabilities within the design team.
Planning and scoping for training, implementation and scaling of rendering, 3D animation, photography, video capabilities from the Vietnam team to support all marketing initiatives.
Resource plan and manage all creative marketing projects going through the Marketing Assets team and hit or exceed all timelines.
Execute projects with directives from various US design, marketing, merchandising channels to support marketing initiatives, ensuring brand cohesion and project goals are met.
Build, implement, and manage multiple processes and projects- including planning and scoping around various initiatives. present to other stakeholders for insights, and tracking marketing asset deliverables from Vietnam design team.
Contribute to building a culture of excitement and accountability within the Vietnam Design team.
Willing to work flexible hours to stay aligned with our US team.
Constant improvement of our creative marketing assets delivery process and how we interface between US and Vietnam design teams.
Experience leading a marketing creative team with a high number of deliverables and process and project management experience.
Marketing assets development ownership and consumer products experience preferred.
Knowledge and application of color theory, layout, and typography a must.
Application of customer-focused product development methodology, including applying understanding of job to be done, occasion, giver, and recipient.
Knowledge of multimedia execution (text, image, audio, video, animation) and/or UI/UX is a plus.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
