Job Description

1. Main Responsibility:
Marketing Communication is responsible for creating interest and demand for Lien ‘A products through display Advertising, email, direct mail and presentation decks etc. In addition, MarCom is responsible for all conception and copywriting for all collateral pieces, advertising, direct mail, POP, etc. This person also acts as a gatekeeper to maintain a consistent company image, and positioning. He/she works with agencies / in-house designers for concepting and design, and coordinates the campaigns within the other marketing departments -- especially with Channel Marketing and Sales to ensure a consistent lead generation program. He/She is responsible for preparing a detailed annual budget and for tracking and maintaining the budget. PR and events are also part of the responsibilities.
● Assume the role of brand champion and ensure all communications are on brand;
● Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers and colleagues;
● Developing advertising opportunities, which can involve placing adverts in national, specialist publications or on the radio (depending on the campaign);
● Maintaining and building contacts with the media;
● Writing and distributing press releases;
● Preparing photo shoots;
● Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing, proofreading copy, working with designers and printers;
● Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
● Evaluating marketing campaigns;
● Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies;
● Assisting in the delivery of approved strategies;
● Managing budgets;
● Responsible for the look and feel of showrooms, dealer’s stores;
● Be the contact person for any PR activities which involves the media
