Responsible for communications regarding the company on monthly basis, and on each campaign and channel basis, such as blog, social post, newsletter...;
Follow the defined voice and tone in communication with customers in all channels, including website, email, Facebook, newsletter, etc.
Work with third parties (freelance, agencies ...) on content writing, PR in order to boost the public relations for Kiến Guru
➢ CONTENT MANAGEMENT:
Create creative and high performing contents (writing, videos, etc.) following the company’s communications strategy in all marketing channels, including website, blog, newsletter, Facebook, POSM and other social channels;
➢ INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT:
Build database and work with KOLs, micro/ nano influencers, social communities that are relevant to our brand and our products
Participate in the creative process of designing how we can leverage KOLs in general as well as on a campaign basis
Participate in the set up and growth of in-house influencers/ star teachers/ social communities as part of overall influencer strategy
➢ Besides your primary tasks, you are also a team-player who will support Marketing members and others to achieve our Marketing objectives.
Assist the overall marketing plan and strategy;
Ensure marketing activities and marketing materials followed brand guidelines;
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Interested in education and love writing and creating great content;
1-2 year experience of content writer;
Major in Marketing, PR, English Language Arts, Communications;
Proactive, organized and creative;
Be a good team player;
Knowledge of design software (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), web content management, and photography is an advantage.
