Job Description

1. Job Description:

Oversee and direct marketing analysis, strategy development, tactic execution and communications, event planning and management, etc, to grow brand awareness, increase sales revenue, partnership management and business development, with creative, strategic and commercial mind, plus high responsibility.

2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to the brand standards of all international brands belong to Uu Viet Solutions company, conduct and manage comprehensive marketing strategy across platforms and channels.
  • Cross marketing with brands and other strategic partners to build brand value.
  • Lead the strategy, development, execution and optimization of all online and offline marketing activities.
  • Analyze and report on customer behavior insights to improve Uu Viet Solutions social media and other digital channels.
  • Create a strategy and centralized methodology for field marketing to use that creates brand consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop marketing strategy for the business (short term and long term) to meet goals and objectives of the company including the company branding and strategy for new and existing products.
  • Work closely with the company’s Sales team and understand the unique selling proposition of the company; enable sales team to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, product’s knowledge and presentations and media support.
  • Develop product porfolio by analyzing the market demand and source potential products for Viet Nam Market.
  • Strong cooperate, collaborate and coordinate with all departments in the company to drive business as the set strategies.
  • Manage marketing budget and period reports. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Job Requirement


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Proficient in using: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point...


  • Min 5 years marketing experience with a high skill level.
  • Knowledge of strategic MKT practices, and best practices in marketing.
  • Experience in marketing with a mix of ATL, BTL and other promotions.
  • Experience in interiors and household products marketing mix is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM is preferred.


  • Being honest, kind, open, outgoing, hard-working, quick learning. 
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and responsive. 
  • Well-organized, ability to work independently, under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Leadership skills: Drive for personal results, building effective team.
  • Fluent spoken and strong written in both Vietnamese and English skills.
