Job Description

  • Lead, manage and develop marketing campaigns with an aim to acquire both drivers and users
  • Possess unique insights of the local market and devise campaigns accordingly
  • Experience working in an ROI-driven organization, and track record of working with data and implementing marketing strategies to drive impact
  • Ability to plan, organize, schedule, budget, and project manage across multiple teams
  • Ability to engage in verbal, written & visual communications internally & externally across region
  • Ability to develop & execute marketing strategy based on sound understanding of target customers and market data

Mission:
Develop local marketing strategy and insights, to acquire and retain target customers and drivers, and to increase order volume and density in the Country.

Outcomes:
Align local market understanding and positioning across teams within company
Achieve strong brand awareness and positive brand association via engaging content created and localized across various exposure channels
Acquire target customers & drivers (X new users, X driver leads)
Create impactful marketing campaigns and channels via planning, executing, tracking and learning
Engage and retain existing customers and drivers via regular communications and engagement campaigns

Competencies:

  • Well-rounded marketing skill set who may be specialised in certain marketing skill sets but can also create and run fully formed, integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Curious, creative mind that can help us establish meaningful connections between SMEs (our potential users), users and drivers in PH, exploring innovative ways to express our values and positioning when promoting Lalamove.
  • Data-driven with proven experience deriving marketing opportunities and strategy through data analysis and working in an ROI-driven organization.
  • Structured mindset to be able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team, working both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Strong communicator and excellent interpersonal skills to be able to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback to and from colleagues.

Job Requirement

  • Analytical knowledge, being able to interpret written, visual and verbal communications.
  • Good writing ability. You will be required to churn contents for blog posts and social media updates.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to talk to people within all levels of an organisation using different media platforms. 
  • Creative and decisive.
  • Experiences Marketing management in e-commerce/ express/ e-logistics/ logistics company
  • Good English skills
