Job Description

- Build brand differentiation strategy and monitor Toong’s brand health index;

- Initiate, manage and monitor the process of making Toong’s key branding materials at both corporate and site levels, eg. photos, corporate profile, video, etc;

- Work closely with CEO, Regional General Manager and external partners in conceptualizing and coordinating with related groups to implement various community activities, bringing transforming experience for Toong’s members ;

- Manage and develop press relationship in accordance with Toong’s brand direction;

- Plan and implement PR campaigns to launch new sites in the region;

- Monitor, evaluate and report results of marketing campaigns, online & offline marketing activities

- Manage and nurture all social media channels and optimize advertisings on those channels

- Cooperate with the Business development team to expand and strengthen the network with key partners to approach potential customers

- Manage personnel of Marketing team, including Marketing Executive, Designer, Copywriter

-         Requirements:

-          Manage personnel of Marketing team, including Marketing Executive, Designer, Copywriter

-          Minimum 3 years working experience in Marketing and Communications;

-          Knowledge of digital marketing channels and monitoring tools to evaluate digital marketing activities (Google Analytics, Search console ...) or market analysis tools

-          Having experience in using CRM for sales & marketing activities

-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese

-          Highly motivated, flexible, reliable, honest, and resistant to pressure
