Job Description:

  • Operations management:
    • Planning for, staffing, assessing human resources of the Department
    • Develop the working process of the Department and check the compliance with the approved process
    • Organize meetings and reporting system according to the company's regulations
  • Trade Marketing
    • Plan and organize the implementation of incentives, promotions and discounts to boost revenue for production and business activities of the Company.
    • Plan and organize the activities of opening agents, showrooms.
  • PR
    • Assign, guide and inspect the implementation of PR and communication on internal communication devices: company website, online newspapers, television, magazines, printed newspapers, publications communication products ...
    • Plan and organize the implementation of internal and external events of the Company.
    • Announcing the communication schedule of new BSTs for production and business
  • Stylist
    • Assign, guide and supervise the implementation of related tasks such as: Taking photos of BST; taking photos of online store; shooting Lookbook; mix & match; stylist of the Company's performance shows.
  • Graphic design
    • Assign, guide and supervise the implementation of the design of communication publications to ensure the correct brand identity and in accordance with the communication plan of the Company.
  • Customer care
    • Develop and organize the implementation of incentive and customer care programs.
    • Assign, guide and supervise CCKH work in accordance with the development orientation of the Company and improve the quality of customer care services
    • Maintain relationships with large customers by regularly visiting customers; explore specific needs, anticipate new opportunities.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements: 

  • Graduated from University or higher specialized in business administration, economics, marketing
  • Having experience in marketing for 5 years or more, holding the position of Marketing Director for 2 years
  • Prior experiences in the field of fashion, beauty, spa or in luxury goods business organizations for women are a plus
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Skills in leadership, strategy development and planning
  • Creativity, acumen, good thinking, ability to withstand high work pressure
  • Have a general knowledge about PR-Marketing, update trends and new breakthrough ideas.
