Working with Sales team to planning and setting up sales & marketing strategy, roll out & monitoring marketing activities, BTL, ATL and Thru the line activities
Plan and manage A&P budget, coordinating with Production, Purchasing and other areas in the company to achieve the target plans.
Coordinate with Marketing team, Thailand H/Q, to developing marketing policy in line with company strategy.
Analyzing annual sales volume and forecasting sales plans to meet the demand of customers.
Analyzing the market to explore new customers and expand market share.
Analyzing the effectiveness of the department, developing and correcting activities to meet the expectation of management.
Studying and following new information and trends of the market and competitor activity, developing the Marketing team to be more effective.
Male or female, aged above 30 years old.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing.
Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in FMCG sales and marketing function (preferably in consumer goods or canned foods products).
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Good skills in market analysis and business development in Vietnam markets.
