• Develop and implement the marketing & communications strategy, marketing plan/ campaign.
• Coordinate activities involving marketing of villa, condotel, services of the project and support sales Manager with Marketing materials and collateral.
• Identify, develop, or evaluate the marketing strategy, based on real estate market conditions and economic environment.
• Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities with all stakeholders
• Oversee the production and implementation all marketing material.
• Develop content and update website and manage social media channels.
• Draft multi-lingual PR-releases and content and maintain a close relationship with the media
• Prepare marketing report and comments for the update on implementation of the marketing plan;
• Direct marketing customer service activities
• Coordinate across departments within the company any matters related to departmental administrative activities as instructed.
• Age from 30 to 45
• 5 - year experience in Real Estate Marketing, especially in the hospitality segment.
• Excellent in writing and editing skill.
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree
• Be proactive.
