Job Description

The Candidate:

Cheerful disposition, dependable, meticulous, flexible on job scope, punctual in attendance & reporting;

You will operate with the highest levels of integrity and as the face of American Chiropractic Clinic; you will be a passionate member of our dynamic team.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Assist English & Chinese speaking patient during their visit at ACC;
  2. Translate between doctor and patients and vice versa;
  3. Translate all information about the diagnosis/ treatment given by doctor;
  4. Interpreter all information for English & Chinese speaking patients;
  5. Organizing & scheduling appointments;
  6. Updating & filling out patient’s medical file;
  7. Ensure all related reports, information is available in patient’s medical records;
  8. Keep doctor’s room stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required & in accordance with the Clinic’s requirements;
  9. Process messages from patients & front desk staff to doctors;
  10. Conduct follow-up phone calls with new patients & when patients do not follow through with the prescribed treatment plan.
  11. Ability to maintain effective & organized systems to ensure timely patient flow.
  12. Ad-hoc tasks given by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirement

Requirements (Qualifications & Working Experience)

  1. Degree in the relevant field is preferred;
  2. Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry;
  3. Excellent customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills;
  4. Good problem solving skills & the ability to handle conflicts;
  5. Ability to work well under pressure & willing to work in shifts & overtime;
  6. Must be a team player with positive attitude, showing empathy, proactive, flexible, energetic & adaptive to change;
  7. Able to handle patient’s confidential information in a professional manner;
  8. Strong organizational & planning skills;
  9. Proficient in MS Office and patient management software;
  10. Excellent command of Vietnamese & English, written & spoken is a must;
  11. Added advantage for candidate who is able to speak Cantonese.
