Develop sales strategies and planning for all DLV products over the assigned area, supervise and monitor the implementation, and report sales achievements
Prepare quarterly action plans and monthly sales reports for the region.
Prepare analyses on sales and distribution issues as requested
Develop a network of a competitive, committed and effective distributor network within the assigned area.
Develop sales targets for each individual distributor as agreed with RSM.
Assist in the implementation of distributor development program including credit and stocks control, warehouse & logistics, sales and order estimates, computerization, management of the sales force etc.
Be responsible for the effective implementation of promotional activities.
Coordinate trade and consumer complaints.
Manage, train, motivate and develop subordinates.
Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of sales force
Appraise performance of subordinates and make recommendations for promotions and/or salary increases.
Ensure company regulations are being strictly observed by sales teams.
Make recommendations towards improvements and/or adjustments of working rules, incentive package, reward and penalty schemes, and other related matters.
Act as an internal auditor.

- Education: Graduate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience: At least 05 years in the FMCG industry, out of which the last 2 years on a managerial level
- Knowledge & Skills:
+ Knowledge and experience of the channel issues, trends, processes and procedures in winning new business
+ Proven ability & experience in setting targets / standards, training, mentoring, coaching and follow up
+ Planning and execution of sales strategy at area level
+ Communication, presentation and strong leadership skills

+ Effective at time management & meeting deadlines
