Job Description

- In charge of a specific customer or customers of company.

- Establishes work plans for each phase of assigned PO and coordinates all PO activities.

- To plan, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on.

- To work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

- Analyzes customer requirements to determine the time frame, procedures and allotment of available resources to various phases.

- Responsible to assist team for skill development and enhancement.

- Controlling time management: Know how to set realistic deadlines and how to communicate them consistently to upper management.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction: Maintain effective communication and keep the company's clients up to date.

- Analyzing and managing project risk: Proactively assess PO risks and issues, establish mitigation plan/ resolution plan and timely communicate to relevant stakeholders..

- Monitoring progress: Monitor and analyze efficiently to take corrective measures.

- On time information to production

- Control the sampling/ ordering with critical path

- Control Gross Profit according to the Customer's profile

- Abilities to solve customer problems

- On time response to customers

- Follow up the price history until final step

- Control the material price to ensure that no higher than quote

- Perform other related duties as required under the direction of General Director.

Job Requirement


-     Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing with at least 3-year-experience.

-    Proficient in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, Communication).

-    Knowledge and using the softwares computer.

-     Possess strong knowledge of project management.

-     Strong leadership skills, including leading, developing, motivating and building effective teams

-    Strong planning, organizing, communication and negotiation skills

-     Excellent presentation and training skills.
