Job Description

  • Provide service and performance excellence in identifying needs of RBWM customers to meet or exceed performance objectives.
  • Deliver excellence in performance and quality.
  • Consistently meet or exceed set performance objectives. Instill self discipline on daily activities (ex: advise customers, conducting presentations, etc...)
  • Deliver service quality excellence.
  • Ensure complete performance expectation with high standard.
  • Handle customers’ complaints (if any) properly and promptly.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of cashiering procedures and regulations
  • Knowledge of core products, sales referral opportunities and Customer Relationship Management system
  • Knowledge of appropriate branch operational procedures
  • Awareness of compliance and regulatory issues as required
  • Strong interpersonal and Customer service skills
  • Good decision making skills and proven ability to deliver accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to coach and guide Teller in complex transactions & enquiries and in providing outstanding Customer service
  • Professional manner
  • Excellent in English & communication skill
