Job Description

- Propose business strategy & yearly/quarterly planning for MT channel;
- Manage sales plans and work closely with cross functions to ensure target is realized & achieved;
- To develop, organize category management, JBP proposal, budget control and promotion plan for Key Accounts;
- Review and provide demand forecast with assumptions, and conduct root course analysis to take actions;
- Collect market intelligence & key competitors’ activities to revise sales plans accordingly;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive performance;
- Coach and lead MT team (including on-line channel) for best performance and career development.
- Workplace: Office Tan Binh - Tp. HCM.

Job Requirement

- Graduated from University in marketing, communications, Accountant;
- Solid people management, at least 3 years managerial role to lead a team;
- At least 5 years working for MT channel development in FMCG industry;
- English or Chinese: Advanced.

- Strong negotiation skills;
- Know how to grow business on-line.
