Managing technical team to provide customers with a professional, comprehensive engineering support and being fully are of the statutory and contractual requirements.
Creating sales opportunities by offering customers a product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of technical specification, quality, price and delivery, for the assigned. range of products.
Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales & service goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories, and building their team.
Monitoring and controlling operation cost to be in line with targets.
Making analysis of market segments including competitor information for Vietnam.
Maintaining good customer relations by being in constant touch with the customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintaining record and tracking of all proposals in progress and timely following up to maximize sales opportunities. Aggressively pursuing all proposals in progress.
Cherishing & establishing good relationship with key decision makers of each customer.
Discussing specific topics with customers and trying to accomplish preset goals.
Summarizing results of discussions and agreeing on next steps with customers in writing.
Pursue profitable results with customer’s accounts that are being assigned.
Attending to Japanese customers’ requirements or preferences to develop new customers, maintaining and increasing sales amounts of existing customers and customer’s satisfaction.
Contacting and coordinating various activities involving sales and delivery of manufactured products, services, commodities and equipment.
Making customer’s visit control plans.
Sharing information with marketing team about customers’ requirements of new products to fulfill product categories.
Providing technical service to support customers’ inquiries.
Updating and sharing marketing information to support marketing research.
Perform the other tasks as per assigned.
Male/Female, Vietnamese nationality
Engineer degree in Chemistry is preferable. Prior background knowledge in surface- finishing field is a must.
Be able to drive and travel to manage local teams and support customers.
Prior experience of providing sales and service to Japanese customers is preferable.
Good command in English language.
Be highly motivated, results oriented individual with effective team working skills.
Take perseverance in solving problems and be detail-oriented person.
Have experience in working with diverse audiences.
Possess good interpersonal, organizational skill.
Be enthusiastic learner and flexible.
