To accelerate sales achievement of General Trade which includes the activities of growth opportunity identification, sales strategy development, coach and motivate sales forces, distributor and wholesalers management.
Responsibilities:
To develop and review the route to market plan as and when it deems to be necessary in order to optimize the sales results
To set-up the coverage plan for MT, AFH (Horeca) and GT and make sure its execution was according to the plan
To work closely with Supply Chain, Production on the inventory forecast and existing stock level to ensure there are sufficient stock to fulfill customer demands
To set-up the Display Plan for MT and selected GT to entice customer purchase
To develop Annual Operating Plan, Consumer promotion plans to drive the sales achievement to a higher level as well as lifting the brand awareness.
To conduct market visit which covers the key cities for developing distribution coverage strategy based on the market trend and situation at a time
The responsibilities are not limited to the above and may change and be adjusted as seen fit by management.
Internal Working Relationship:
Finance Team for payment, salary and Incentive matters
Supply Chain for products and stock inventory matters
Marketing for product and marketing matters
External Working Relationship:
Distributors/Agent for sales and distribution matters
Converter for sales order and quality matters
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or other equivalent field of study.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a leader role of Sales and Marketing.
Hands-on experience in dealing with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is a MUST. Priority, candidates have experience in tissue business.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, people and presentation skills
Good leadership, business acumen and drive for end results
Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
