Job Description


  • Working with JV partner, represent company with factory build-out and ensure EHS compliance during process
  • Establish/review all SOPs related EHS to ensure they are aligned with law requirement
  • Set up 5s program, labor safety & hygiene policy and implement the monthly evaluation
  • Manage risk assessment (JHA and EVN) to ensure update and align with PPE matrix, and training matrix.
  • Conduct and organize EHS Orientation and or related training for statutory and mandatory licenses and authorization
  • Guide safety operation standards, regulations and measures relating to occupation safety and hygiene to employees
  • Monitor and plan machinery equipment safety inspection with strict occupational safety requirements
  • Make environment monitoring plan; labor environment measure; environmental monitoring report
  • Regularly check the compliance of factories on labor safety regulations, food safety
  • Support CRS activity to raise the EOHS awareness of employees
  • Responsible for accident investigation (8D tools); incident analysis (reported unsafe act and conditions) to see the trend and follow with improvement of key areas.
  • Control hazardous waste document and make periodic report(s)
  • Coordinate with departments to complete the assessment from customers
  • Monitor and report monthly action statistics Corrective Action Report monthly
  • Report to Government on EHS as law requirement


  • Managing all activities of facility department
  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  • Work with contractors to inspect and supervise their work progress and completion, and to provide quality & safety control and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain auditable procedures
  • Recruit, training and build up succession planning for all staff
  • Deal with issue and make improvement plan
  • Other tasks assigned Country Manager

Job Requirement

  • College / Bachelor degree in Environmental Safety, Mechanical/ Electrical or related field required
  • At least 5 years – experience in the same role, start-up experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Regulations
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015; ISO 9001:2015
  • Experience and knowledge of electrical, general maintenance
  • Understanding of budgeting and performance management
  • Excellent planning and leadership abilities
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good training, facilitation, coaching, and auditing skills
  • Respond quickly to urgent situations skill
