Job Description

1. Job Summary

- Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.

2. Primary responsibilities

- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

- Advise on product information.

- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.

- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions, handle product recalls.

- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.

- Inform customer of deals and promotions.

- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction, follow up on customer interactions.

- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Job Requirement

1.       Experience in online sales/Knowledge concerning E-commerce is an advantage;

2.       Flexible and able to work various shifts if required;

3.       Professional, proactive, positive and “can-do” attitude;

4.       Good at written and verbal English is a plus.
