Job Description

1. HR: Calculate payroll, PIT, insurance for all staff.

2. Administration:

- Payment request, claim request for admin tasks (Stationery, taxi fee, telephone charges…)

- Follow the contracts related to administration.

- Conduct to get work permit, visa for foreigners.

- Other admin tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement

Qualification:

- Graduated from College, Universities specialized in Human resource management, English, Accounting and other related majors.

Experience:

- Under 2 experience years.

Skill Requirements

- Good command in English (verbal and written).

- Being good at computer knowledge and skills ( MS Word, excel, Power point)

- Good communication skills.

- Confidentiality, initiative, reliability.

- Carefulness, honesty and able to work under high pressure.
