Job Description

- Accountable for supporting the commercial team members with contract preparation, quoting existing and prospective customers.
- Accountable for driving and administering all ITL lead generation activities.
- Accountable for supporting commercial team members with preparation of timely responses to RFI (Request for Information), RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quotations) enquiries from customers
- Being a point of contact for the department: Answering incoming calls as well as email messages
- Maintaining department records, including spreadsheets and databases that track suppliers, sales and customers
- Creating and maintaining sales contracts and agreements
- Setting appointments with prospects and clients
- Research that supports the team, such as performing Internet searches for potential clients and gathering information that could be useful to the sales team when pitching a product or service
- Liaise with secretaries and administrative assistants from other departments

Job Requirement

- 1 – 2 year experience in similar position at a forwarding/logistics company
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good at English (4 skills)
- Good communication skills
