Job Description

Recruitment & Traning:

  • To assist the HR Manager in recruitment process: searching CV, contacting candidates, sending email/letter to candidates for interview invitation, job refusal, etc;
  • To follow up and supervise the Probation Evaluation Procedure and The Employee Evaluation yearly
  • To update the recruiting information to company website and recruitment website
  • To update the Job Description and the Recruitment Standards for all position
  • To prepare Labour Contract and perform contract termination procedures
  • To update the information which depends on HRA in charge
  • To follow up the inside and outside training
  • Set up training room, prepare documents and tests for traning
  • To report the recruiting and training to the HRA

Compensation and benefits:

  • To monitor working day, the annual leaves; manage and update the staff profiles.
  • Check payroll and calculate monthly salary;
  • To solve the problem relating the employee's policy according to the company's regulation and the Labor Law
  • To follow up and solve the problem relating the employee's discipline
  • To carry out the procedure which is relating to the BOD's decision such as commendation, mandate, increasing salary, position transfer, promotion and announcement……..
  • To carry out other tasks assigned by the HR Manager, Managing Director ( to prepare the document, annoucement, mandate, labor contract, outside contract and prepare the training procedure for accounting department.
  • To support other HR matters

Job Requirement

  • College/ bachelor level above, major in Finance - Accounting/ Business Administration/ Economics/ English Linguistic/ Human Resources
  • At least 0.5-1 year experience in the relevant field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, in English preferrably
  • Skillful in using office computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team under high pressure
  • Friendly, patient, careful, hard-working, honest and proactive
