MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Nhận yêu cầu trực tiếp từ nhóm Merchant (nhà bán hàng) và hỗ trợ họ cập nhật thông tin về cửa hàng, hình ảnh menu, giá sản phẩm, khuyến mãi, thời gian đóng, mở cửa hàng,... trên ứng dụng Gojek, Gofood.
• Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các tiêu chuẩn, quy tắc và định dạng hệ thống
• Làm việc trực tiếp với các bộ phận khác (Hoạt động bán hàng/Phát triển kinh doanh, v.v.) để giải quyết các truy vấn của người bán.

WORKING TIME: 8-hour shift rotation. Off 1 day/week.

Shift 1: 06h00 - 15h00 Shift 2: 07h00 - 16h00 Shift 3: 08h00 - 17h00 Shift 4: 09h00 - 18h00 Shift 5: 10h00 - 19h00 Shift 6: 11h00 - 20h00 Shift 7: 12h00 - 21h00 Shift 8: 13h00 - 22h00 Shift 9: 14h00 - 23h00 Shift 10: 21h30 - 06h30
