Job Description

- Sales Admin Officer is a person to connect with dealer staff to promote company products and make company brand as 1st choice of Financial Services at dealer.

- Coordinating with dealer to maximize quantity of loan application and follow company policies to keep standard quality of loan application.

- Cooperating with internal departments (Credit Analysis, Customer Services...) to proceed all application at assigned dealers with proactive attitude in working. Understanding and practicing well all company policies and procedures.

- Proceed the loan application in order to verify the document following company policies and requirement. Proactive to contact Sales Officer and other department to solve issues in shortest time.

- Support and conduct training at dealers to help dealer staff understanding well about company product & procedures.

- In charge of marketing activities in order to promote company products & brand image.

- Sales Admin Officer’s activities are expected to be carried out with minor supervision. Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure. Must be able to multi-task, planning several events simultaneously.

- Ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential.

- To undertake other tasks as and when assigned by Head of Sales Planning Group/Dept. Head

Job Requirement

- University Degree with preferred qualification in finance, banking, marketing.

- At least 2 years of experience, preferred experience gained in professional retail, financial, banking sector. Credit experience is plus advantage.

- Good command in English.

- Good Microsoft office skills.

- Good time management skills.
