Job Description

1. Exporting procedure:

Receive informations from customer service team. Then arrange the schedule for exporting, delivery good.

Execute shipment process on AX system.

Contact customer for getting and checking informations about orders before ship out and do customs declaration.

+ Phối hợp với đại lý để khai quan hàng và xuất hàng/ Coordinate shipping with customs agent for clearance and delivery.

Arrange vehicle, shipmode for delivery.

2. Solve problems related to shipments.

3. Keep track of shipment for payment and import-export documentation.

4. Checking and make payment for transportation agents, submit payment on time.

5. Arrange urgent shipments as enquiry.

Job Requirement

1. Have an associate degree in importing-exporting.

2. Be familiar with the legal requirements regarding import-export shipments, experience in import-export is an advantage.

3. Good at English skill.

4. TGood at computing, Microsoft Office.

5. Active, enthusiastic.
