Job Description
Position Summary:
Handle the transfer of metal parts and plastic parts (include tooling) to VN. Follow up projects to meet delivery time and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work according to policies and procedures.

Follow up the transfer of powertools production from PRC to VN from initiation till mass prodution release.
- Work with multiple teams (engineering, quality, lab, supplier…) to test, evaluate and validate transfer components.
- Facilitate project flow including regular contact with other functional team members.
- Keep track project schedule and ensure the adherence to milestones; keep Assistant Engineering Manager informed on project issues.
- Prepare all the product documents, i.e. Feasibility study report, CAD drawing, FMEA, FEA, Product Specification, etc for review.
- Interact with suppliers to develop part/product specifications that meet performance requirements and ensure on time delivery.
- Invovle in failure analysis activities, work with Engineering, SQE, suppliers for solution/improvement and follow up the implementation.
- Update engineering documents include CAD drawing, BOM, ECO, SER, etc. and follow up for review and release.
- Provide support to project engineer as necessary.
Job Requirement
Person Specifications:
- A recognized Engineering degree from University( Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields).

At least 3 years relevant working experience in Engineering or Manufacturing
- Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing and diagnosis is a plus

Knowledge of Motor manufacturing and diagnosis is a plus.
- Familiar with product evaluation and validation process.
- Good at GD&T, 2D and 3D CAD (NX, ProE).
- Familiar with product safety approval such as HSF, RoHS.
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills
- Good English, both verbal and written
