Job Description

1. Space Management
- Manage all aspects of the office space; coordinate allocations and request for additional space; manages planning and conceptual design for space use change or improvement, and/or assist in planning and design for reconfigured or new space, as directed.

2. Facility set up and management
- Maintain the buildings and grounds of an organization, responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees

3. Purchasing
- Responsible for planning and purchasing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. As well perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers
4. Supplier relationship management
- Responsible to evaluate, select the right suppliers and establish the appropriate legal contracting and governance structures to drive suppliers to deliver the appropriate products and services to the required level of quality and risk, at the required time, place and at the right price.

5. Budget planning for office expense
- Responsible work with person in charge for managing the whole process of the planning and submitting the budget for Office department

6. Travel management
- Responsible for consult and organize for business trip for company and clients on request, at a reasonable budget yet convenient.

7. Coordinating Company activities
- Work with relevant departments for organizing company activities/events from conception through to completion.

8. Maintain company standards related to Office scopes
- Ensure all requirements from company standards (ISO27001, 14001…) are followed and maintained accordingly.

9. Set up procedure/policies
- Set up and maintain all related procedures/policies to align with company regulation.

10. Team management
- Direct, supervise the team to ensure the success of the company as a whole and evaluate the performance of the staff.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor degree
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years experienced in the similar position.
  • Language: good communication skill in English and Vietnamese, both writing and speaking
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solve skills
  • Good with Excel, Microsoft Office
