TPS Software are looking for an Office Manager who has excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition to keep us thriving with the below responsibilities:
1. Lead the team to deliver/provide excellent office & facility management:
- Oversees general office operations and gives reports to the management
- Take lead in general office management including office lease and equipment, facility repair & maintenance, renovation, office decoration and layout, seat arrangement, office supply and asset management, office insurance…
- Manage and monitor the performance of all suppliers for office services,...
2. Make plan and implement budget forecast/tracking/reconciliation for general office management (frequent reports, analysis & recommendations,..)
3. Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
4. Plan & organize employee engagement activities, including but not limited to team building, holiday events, and company outings ... per instruction from management to increase engagement level.
5.Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Your Skills and Experience:
· Graduated BSc in HR, Business Administration or relevant field is an added advantage
· At least 3 years of experience in the same level
· Multitask and working/time management skills
· Interpersonal & communication skills;
· Supportive & customer mindset skills
· Good at admin management skills
· Proficiency MS Offices
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal (Vietnam and English).
· Trustful, honesty, friendly & sociable personality
