Job Description

1/ Training Coordinator

  • 1. Work closely with all departments to prepare training need analysis based on job analysis and skill matrix.
  • 2. Prepare training plan and training materials.
  • 3. Maintain training records. Update all data on software or MS excel master file.
  • 4. Develop & update soft skill training program such as: new concept, visual aids, games, case studies…
  • 5. Issue certificate for trainees after finishing each training course.
  • 6. Join E-Learning team to manage users, topics, trainers, exams, digital content preparation…
  • 7. Assist trainer on training programs if necessary.
  • 8. Other tasks assigned by Training manager

2/ Department Assistant

  • Interpreter both languages, written and orally.
  • Translate all documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa if required.
  • Answers telephone and gives information to callers, takes messages, or transfers calls to appropriate individuals
  • Compiles and types statistical reports, using computer.
  • Maintains calendar and coordinates conferences and meetings.
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report
  • Making schedule for maintenance
  • Follow the contract of construction and buying machine
  • Compile the tasks, follow the status, make the report to director
  • Taking meeting minutes and present to supervisors duties of the week
  • Support other tasks to manager and director

Job Requirement

1. Education:

Graduate from College/University with major in English, Economic, Human Resource

2. Experience:

Fresh of 1 -  2 years experienced as Production Assistant, Translator, Training Staff

3. Knowledge:

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

Good English skill 

Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel (must)

** Working location: VSIP 2 or My Phuoc 3 - Binh Duong, We have car pick up at 3 Dist, 12 Dist, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, Binh Duong
