Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Operation/Parnership Development Manager (Ecommerce, HN & HCM, $5000, ID14065)
Attain targets for sales, profits, and return on investment across all third-party digital commerce activities.
Verify that crucial data flows, dashboards, reports, and insights are being produced, utilized, and acted upon.
Confirm that the most pertinent partnerships are established and being actively managed to propel our business.
Take part in discussions and planning sessions for the company's business strategies, and suggest policies and solutions that are appropriate for the company during each period.
Serve as a manager and oversee the operation of the company's e-commerce platform.
Train, delegate tasks, coach, supervise, and evaluate the performance of subordinates to ensure the completion of assigned tasks.
Analyze and interpret data and metrics to evaluate performance.
Provide advice on establishing a system to control operating costs and manage risks at every stage of operation.
Manage and enhance the performance of booths on the company's e-commerce platform.
Expand and develop more online shops to boost sales.
Plan and allocate budgets for internal and external marketing campaigns, and innovate to optimize the conversion rate of online orders.
Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Customer Care to research trends and markets, and create sales plans, the design department to launch samples in accordance with the season and market demand.

Graduated from University in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the field of E-Commerce, familiar with e-commerce platform as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki....
Experience in building & optimizing shops on food-delivery platform is a plus
