Job Description

- Check and follow all process of Domestic Sale Marketing (DSM) dept;

- Register, print out of document for all MKT - MT - Trade nationwide follow to B.O.T leader suggestion;

- Export ERP system detail and send to B.O.T leader to make daily/monthly report;

- Check and update new DTR's information (Sales Contract, Liquidation, Appendix, transfer inventory, discount, ERP system,..). Prepare document for B.O.T leader to send ASM/Audit/BOD dept;

- Base on Daily inventory report, compare the number of goods of DTR's order and stock currently;

- Follow in - out stock from the DTR;

- Solve all incurred rating to delivery and promotion program;

- Check inventory for monthly record;

- Base on B.O.T report about customer service, update and summary reports.

Job Requirement

- Graduated from College / University of related majors;

- At least 01 year of experience or more;

- Proficient use of computers and office equipment;

- Ability to work independently, withstand work pressure;

- Demand for progress, dynamism, honesty, responsibility.
