Job Description

Specific duties

1. Clinic Operations:

- Daily arrange and make sure counter, clinic area in order (change doctor's name signboard; keep tidy brochures, name cards, newspapers,provide enough candies, water for patients...)

- Check to make sure office equipment always in good condition, control stationary to ensure enough for use and in the most efficiency.

- Update log book, patient’s load record every shift/day.

- Control effectively appointment arrangement, make sure to keep short waiting-time for booked patients

- Pay attention to difficult patient, try to meet patient’s request and activate immediately supervisor when solution cannot be found.

2. Clinic billing and cashiering management:

- Process refund payment adjust bill upon request, with approval from immediately supervisor

- Follow up payment from patient for AR bill

- Cross check the transparency of all settlement, payment

3. Other admin task:

- Clinic facilities management

+ Check to ensure that facilities at the public and staff area are clean and in working condition

+ Contact Clinic maintenance or HPH’s maintenance for any damages or maintenance required (after report to immediately supervisor)

- Cleanliness:

+ Ensure that the whole premise is clean at all times

+ Contact cleaner if area needs to be cleaned

- Feedback from patient: receive and escalate. Carry out the service recovery act (if any) as stated by the direct supervisor

- Suggest the improvement of clinic service

- Provide daily, weekly and monthly operations report as request from direct supervisor Support services in the building as instruction from direct manager

- Other assigned tasks

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

- Degree holder

- English Proficiency

Experience:

- At least 2 years working in service industry like tourism, hotel, resort, clinic, hospital

Skills:

- English Proficiency

- Customer service
