Job Description

· Determine sales operations quality standards by studying inbound and outbound calls and customer service presentations at transaction centers; conducting test calls to sales; conducting call to obtain customer feedback.

· Perform quality check on sales operations/transaction center operation/lead generation activity/transportation utilization based on approved policies and procedures.

· Direct quality initiatives by developing quality assurance policies and procedures; developing new models; implementing changes.

· Provide feedback to sales by monitoring calls; providing quality ratings; identifying training needs; developing training programs;

· Verify sales results by measuring skills in use of scripts, product knowledge, sales and service ability, greeting, listening, objection handling, efficiency, and courteous close of call.

· Works with Operations Support to monitor and control sales operations to ensure each role follows the designed process and procedure of the company

· Works with Operations Support to strategically plan operation process and coordinate with other departments to provide excellence services for customers with low cost

· Investigate the alerts generated from sales operations KPIs to identify failed SOP cases. Summarize the findings in a clear and concise manner and support the report with evidences.

· Provide insight and propose initiatives to drive sales performance and reduce fall out.

· Provide management with assurance that key controls are designed and are operating effectively

· Support preparation of operations process, training materials etc

· Work on assigned projects/tasks, as assigned to support company growth

Job Requirement

·        Must have excellent attention to details.

·        Good interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.

·        Ability to work independently and handle multitask in a fast paced, high pressure environment and utilize effective problem solving and analytical thinking skills. Reliable and work well in both a team environment and standalone.

·        Developed interpersonal and communication skills required to work across all aspects of the organization and agencies at all levels

·        Job holder should be deadline and detail oriented as well as organized to ensure that tasks are accurately completed and in a timely manner

·        Computer application skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), comfortable learning new applications as required

·        2-5 years of working experience in Operation
