Job Description

Achieving company target

  • Responsible for achieving revenue and profit margin target.
  • Well managing school scheduling to utilize teachers, classroom’s efficiency
  • Well managing school’s operation to meet the company’s standard

Admissions/ Customer Service & School Administration

  • Responsible for customer satisfaction. Maintain good customer care system and services at schools.
  • Managing relationships with partners and customers in the designated areas (customer feedback, student report etc.)
  • Liaise with school academic AC/ST to maintain simple and regular extra-curriculum activities (ECA ) at school level.
  • Managing the school’s daily operations
  • Managing School Scheduling.
  • Being responsible and/or co-ordinating for all activities at school that concerns customers and/or school site
  • Managing a school site and facilities up to standards and requirements of academic quality, branding, safety, security, hygiene, and convenience
  • Other Tasks assigned by line-manager
  • Managing and coordinating with other teams for all activities at school, and in the designated areas as and when required.

Others

  • Making reports concerning school operations, activities, procedures, and students as assigned
  • Supporting other business units as and when appropriate
  • Performing other functions that may be required from time to time as instructed by the Management
  • Provide, timely & precise monthly report on Revenue; Admissions/ Customer Service & School Administration; teacher utilization and deployment at school.
  • Supporting other departments when necessary

Job Requirement

• At least 2 years working in Customer Service/Operations in Education Field
• Confidence, multitasking, and adaptability
• Target-driven, patience, speed, and reliability
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• The ability to work well under pressure and a tight deadline
• Good at Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Drive.  

• Holiday: Public holidays sixteen (16) days for annual leave;
