We are providing full-services for the internal group as well as handling truck/freight/custom for factories, trading companies and customers in multiple industries. Headquartered in Hanoi, OPL has four branch offices from North-to-South and international branches.
Since OPL has a plan to invest in port facilities, warehousing & domestic services, we are looking for a Sales Director who will:
Have a good relationship with container shipping line partners in HN / HP / HCM;
Have good thinking about import and export sea freight markets;
Lead the Company's business network;
Develop strategy and organize the implementation of the Company's business and marketing plans;
Search and build relationships with potential customers and expanding target markets. Optimize relationships with existing partners and customers;
Research and propose business directions to generate more revenue for the Company;
Enhance and manage the sales team to ensure the best results;
Implement excellent processes to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction;
Retain relationships with service providers and carriers.
University graduated in: Business Administration, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade;
At least ten years of experience in the field and more than 02 years in the position of Business Director in Logistics;
Have the ability to lead and operate effectively;
Have a solid knowledge base in business-related fields;
Human resource management skills: Leadership, guidance, and capacity developing skills;
Continuously update laws and regulations of the State on the relevant industries;
Ability to work in a volatile and high-pressure environment;
Able to work independently and under high pressure, willing to have business trips.
