1. Collaborate with CEO and Heads of Department in organizing the structure, defining roles and responsibilities through consulting and updating the Organization Chart & job description (JD).
- Regularly review & update Org chart.
- Design & Develop Org chart which serves the business in 3~5 years.
- Regularly review and update all JDs to reflect Core Values and the Company’s Vision.
- Review and design work delivery of each role in the organization.
2. Design and develop competencies framework and programs based on organizational and individual needs.
Succession planning to manager level above:
- Definition of talent employees and how to develop the talent employees to be successor for higher role.
- Develop the Core Competency.
Design and roll out talent retention schemes and career roadmaps:
- Develop career roadmap for all positions.
- Identify the competency gap between each position within the department, across department.
3. Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by line manager.
4. Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
5. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement
