•Prepare and follow up contracts and monthly payments with third parties and internal team.
•Store, organize and manage all digital documents, reports and payments.
•Book meeting rooms as required.
•Attend meetings and events/stores as required
•Receive and summarize all information about weekly promotions from buyers.
•Collect product images through internal sources or book photographer.
•Work directly with designers to complete the visual for digital and in store.
•Ensure the accuracy of final promotion visual including product images, product information, promotion scheme, price, …by coordinate with buyers.
•Prepare promotion content and deliver to broadcast third parties.
•Contact with stores to collect photos of customers during the promotion.
•Closely coordinate with marketing agency to ensure the delivery of the jobs to be done on time and satisfied company’s standard
•Plan and monitor the content and visuals of social networks for brands
•Shooting products in stores and retouch basically
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese market (e.g., consumer behavior, media consumption, etc.). Knowledge in retailing and sport is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills

Education: Bachelor and above (Marketing related degree is a plus)
Experience: at least 2 years (Previous experience in a similar marketing role is a great plus)
Language: Good English is preferred
Office skills: Office computer skill, able to use design softwares, social networks insights is preferred
