Job Description

1. Work with marketing , development partners and operational teams worldwide to develop cost effective packaging solutions in end user satisfaction and manufacturing efficiency.
2. To meet milestones for packaging design development, qualification and flawless program execution.
3. Work with testing partners to meet or exceed packaging targets including design, cost, quality and schedule.
4. To support activities to drive cost out of packaging through design, materials, assembly and ogistics optimization.
5. Introduce into the new packaging technology, improve the corporate brand image.
6. Work with manufacturing sites, packaging vendors and procurement team to support activities to drive cost out of packaging through design, materials, assembly and logistics optimization.
7. Simplify the procedure of packaging to speed up the new product development.
8. Work with graphic designer to complete packaging artwork and maintain the packing BOM.
9. Work with testing team to verify design structure.
10. Work with marketing to provide total packaging solution.
11. Work with PIE, Production and engineers.
12. Work with packaging suppliers for the cost effective solution.
13. Work with RTI for the packaging design and development.

Job Requirement

• A University degree with Packaging Industry Design or Mechanical Major.

• 4-5 years relevant experience with good knowledge of the Produce packaging.

• Be familiar with ISTA 2A test standard and test procedure.

• Good level written and spoken English.

• Speak and understand Chinese priority.

• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently.
