Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam. On the launching of a new Real Estate project in Bac Ninh province,
We are looking for a new Payment Specialist, who will in-charge:
- Gather and monitor the actual amount of completed construction work on the construction site.
- Check the volume, check payment documents submitted by contractors and consultants.
- Instructions for setting up and checking price units, monitoring and supervising the payment process.
- Coordinate with accounting and technical departments to complete the payment times for contractors and consultants
- Prepare and provide a payment form for consultants and contractors.
- Checking and comparing between payment request volume and contract volume.
- Checking and controlling the progress of payment, advance, and withdrawal of advances under contracts.
- Make a payment plan for the project.
- Checking and reviewing the volume, cost estimates of construction drawings, collate with a basic design, and approved cost estimation.
- Checking and managing payment documents, contracts of contractors, and consultants.
- Handling of the increased and decreased volumes during the construction process.
- Checking and evaluating unit prices in the bidding documents and arising unit prices (if any);
- Working from 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday /month)
- Working onsite at Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh Province (daily shuttle bus)
- Knowledge of the relevant standards cost estimation and payment and cost management.
- Use cost estimation software, and others as project office referable
- Having worked at the related company: Construction of medium and large scale;
- High concentration, attention to detail & meticulousness
- Perseverance, patience
- Having a spirit of learning
- Ability to work independently and coordinate well with other Dept.
- High responsibility and able to work under high pressure.
