Job Description

- Duties include organizing and managing complex daily calendar schedule for managers (meetings, deadlines…).

- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

- Collect weekly, monthly and technical reports from other departments and perform them in one PPT

- Check/remind managers to complete their pending tasks discussed in weekly meeting.

- Daily update to managers on what needs to be completed and agenda each day.

- Act as translator and interpreter for all forms of communication.

- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing, connecting... for a personal matter.

Job Requirement

- Education level: Bachelor degree (Fresh graduated is highly prioritized)

- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking in Chinese and English

- Diligent and attentive to detail

- High level of energy and confidentiality

- Handle information with the confidential manner

- Organizational and time management skill; and the ability to multitask

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Good looking, friendly and confident.

- Good customer relations, problem-solving and time management skills.

- Enjoys working with a diverse group of people with different backgrounds
