Job Description

  • Provide administrative & secretarial support to Country Head including: managing and booking business appointments, arranging travel itineraries & agendas, claim travel expenses, regularly attending formal meetings to take meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate, act as the point of contact to ensure smooth communication between the Country Head and clients or internal departments.
  • Compile, sort and manage documents that are confidential in a professional & effective manner.
  • Handle both external & internal inquiries proactively.
  • Work closely & effectively with the Country Head to keep him well informed of follow-up events, appropriately remind him of daily responsibilities.
  • Translate in company town hall meetings, conferences if any
  • Other miscellaneous tasks delegated by direct boss.

Job Requirement

  • Professional proficiency in English both written and verbal (at least IELTS 7.0)
  • Bachelor Degree, preferable foreign degrees or qualifications.
  • Relevant experience in similar position.   
  • Ability to resolve urgent tasks in a timely & effectively manner.
  • Excellent tasks management
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Detail oriented, discretion, commitment to keep information confidential.
  • Reliability, flexibility and proactive personalities.
