Job Description

- Follow, arrange and remind working schedule for of director to ensure director’s plan to be updated continuously.

- Implement correspondent

- Follow, remind, relevant departments to complete tasks according to director’s instructions.

- Support in translating English/Vietnamese.

- Collect project reports in order to update information timely and accurately.

- Make meeting minutes.

- Implement office, administration

- Assist in HR daily operation tasks (recruitment,C&B,training/development…)

- Assist in daily Accounting needs

Job Requirement

Qualification:

University / college graduate majoring in interpreter, business administration or similar relevant majors.

 Working Experience:

Minimum 3 - 5 year experience in secretary / accounting work.

Expertise:

- Good skill at document management

- Good communication

- High responsibility, cautious, honest

- Have knowledge of office administrative governance

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

- Advanced knowledge in Accounting

- IELTLS 7.0 or equivalent.
