Being an assistant to Chairman, managing Chairman’s schedule and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.
Assisting the Chairman in administrative tasks, writing memos, letters, any other correspondence and reports, as the Chairman requires. Preparing documents and procedures for internal/external meetings.
Following up, managing the project progresses and pushing up the Chairman tasks.
Coordinating with internal departments and external parties for work assignments.
Completing projects and special assignments by determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress,...
Preparing and summarizing information as assignment to support the Chairman’s planning for the future.
Verifying documents accurately before presenting to the Chairman for approval.
Other duties as assigned by the Chairman.
At least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in secretary or personal assistant.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Good organizational, prioritization, planning and time management skills.
Being proactive with a good personality and having analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines
Able to work under high-pressure, time constraints and willingness to take responsibility
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and proficient in Microsoft Office
