Sales Training Specialist’s activities are mostly related to sales improvement through training contact (classroom & on field). Customer Engagement & Development Specialist designs training plans for new hires, for improving KRAs records at the low performers or refresh skill through training modules in alignment with company strategies.
Identify training opportunities, training needs through fieldwork, through KRAs (scorecard) analysis & Basic Call Procedure implementation in line with guidelines and requirements and within control and efficiency objectives.
Responsible for field coaching and training for sales team, ensures they implement BCP right way and achieves call productivity.
Prepare & conduct sales training skills for sales team nationwide to improve KRAs and follow-up internal training & external training activities.
Implement and monitor field coaching and call visit for field operation.
Follow-up internal training & external training activities .
Engage monthly working plan to KRAs record of sales team.
Educational Attainment Requirement
University Graduate (in any relevant fields like Pharmacy, Business, Management, Economics, etc)
At least 01 years experience in sales training (in pharmaceutical or healthcare)
At least 02 year experience as a salesman, medical representative or similar.
Fluently Spoken and written English
Computer literacy and knowledge of window - based software.
