Job Description

Pho24 standard

  • Follow up policy, procedures about Pho24 Standard that be issued by R&D department for the image of Pho24
  • Provide training support if be requested and provided form, procedures/policies for DMs + SMs + Team on Pho24 store
  • Ensure policy, procedures for Pho24 Standard execution smoothly
  • Support R&D make the standard for all product in Pho24 Hygiene policy
  • Monitor and continue improve the hygiene policy.
  • Issue the hygiene policy under approved by Operations Director
  • Walkthrough the Pho24 store
  • Instruct, train to team on store about hygiene policy to make sure it will be strictly follow up

Quality Policy

  • Follow up quality standard that be issued by R&D department
  • Support R&D make the standard for all food in Pho24
  • Make sure good quality for all food, product in Pho24 from delivery to serve to guest

Food safety policy

  • Make sure Vietnam food safety policy be followed up and respected by team on store
  • Support to work and deal with inspector when the health Department audit happen


  • Cooperation with Operations Department to investigate incident or guest complains. Instruct and training to team on store about correct action
  • Manage and assign task to QC staff, support them to follow up Hygiene policy, Quality policy and food safety policy at Pho24 store
  • Schedule for QC staff working and make sure all store under control by QC department
  • Cooperation with Operations Department about Hygiene policy, Quality policy and food safety policy follow up
  • Weekly report to Operation Director
  • Monthly report to Operation Director
  • Work directly with Commissary’s QC Department about quality product from Commissary Planning audit the supplier

Job Requirement

Education/ Training Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Food technology or Food safety  
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in food safety control field   
Knowledge of:

  • Policy, procedures
  • Food safety, hygiene policy, quality policy 

Skills (Ability to):

  • Good communication;
  • Good training skill;
  • Strong management and leadership skills;
  • Ability to motivate and inspire
  • Team player but capable of working independently
  • Decisive (decision making)
  • Problem solving 
  • Planning and execution
  • Use computer fluently, especially with Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook 

Working hours:

Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm; 1 hour lunch break)
