To be aware of out of stock and over stock situations within the company and the market.
To spend time in the field providing specialist support to sales personnel, maintaining contact with selected customers, providing on-the-job training/motivation, supervising sales personnel.
To conduct Sales Meetings (every month), Sales Training (each quarter) and any other Sales Promotional event.
To conduct training and briefing to customers’ workers, together with technicians, if necessary.
To monitor product selling price to all customers, as well as other terms and conditions given to customers.
To monitor and control debtor records.
To coordinate with Testing laboratory in all kind of product testing and sample testing. Review and approve testing reports before submitting to customers.

To monitor spare-parts, glue applicator machinery and other equipments send to customers.
