Job Description

Overall responsibilities include assessing, designing business processes, and coordinating the execution of continuous improvement programs and performance management to improve customer satisfaction, service quality and delivery, employee engagement, cost reduction, and organizational communication across departments.

  1. Working closely with business leaders to develop and align Organization Designs, Standard of Procedures (SOPs), policy, process, tools, systems, programs to meet overall business improvement strategy;
  2. Evaluates, measures, and controls business processes to ensure that business outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals;
  3. Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to define and analyze the problems in business operations for process or human resource improvement;
  4. Analysis the data of non-conformity findings, products’ defects or customer complaints to suggest the solutions for improvement;
  5. Together with internal auditors in finding solutions for improvement, and provide recommendations and action plans to leaders to improve performance, or solving problems related to process implementation or in alignment with others departments;
  6. Do the compliance visit to fix the gaps between current and expectation;
  7. Recommend changes to eliminate the risks in internal control;

Job Requirement

  • At least 05 years working experience at the same position level  
  • Good command in English
  • Business Acumen & Partnership: ability to understand the business and align HR’s activity to meet business and employee needs at both strategic and operational levels;
  • Well organized, ambitious, flexible but decisive, with the ability to communicate and effectively influence others;
  • Ability to frame clear problem statements, use objective information and data to help solve challenges and generate options and solutions for business leaders.
  • Ability to analyze data, compose documents in systematic approach (SOPs, policy…)
  • Proven experience in managing talent review, succession planning, organizational design, coaching and development.
