Job Description

  • Provide accurate feedback with call close information, parts usage reporting and customer meter readings.
  • Full scale troubleshooting and repair (ability to replace all components of the device)
  • Onsite to support client with all issue related to printer/photocopier
  • Respond to service request tickets, updates and closes tickets with detailed information within the assigned response/resolve time frame
  • Maintain inventory for parts and order parts as needed
  • Coordination with Lexmark to do “Customer Care” after sales.
  • Recommending the best printers for the specific project.
  • Analyze customer needs, recognize business opportunities, and influence sales volume growth.
  • Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of office equipment preferred Lexmark, HP, Cannon Okidata, Xerox experience a plus

Job Requirement

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese
  • High School Diploma minimum, technical associate’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years print break/fix experience in an environment of 300+ devices is preferred
  • Printer certifications are preferred (Xerox, HP, Lexmark, Zebra), but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance
